SWT Society is a Southport-based gym delivering group fitness, functional training, and dynamic gym classes to the Labrador community and nearby Gold Coast suburbs. We’re committed to creating an inclusive, energising space where members of all fitness levels can thrive. Our group fitness workouts are built around strength and conditioning, cardio intensity, and functional movement, using a mix of weighted exercises, compound lifts, and bodyweight training to help you move and feel better.

LFT. LOWER
A dynamic class designed to strengthen and sculpt your lower body through a variety of targeted exercises. You’ll focus on key muscle groups, including quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves, using a mix of weights and functional movements. This class emphasises proper form, endurance, and progressive overload to help you achieve your strength goals while enhancing your overall fitness and stability.

LFT. UPPER
Targets the upper body, focusing on building strength and definition in your chest, back, shoulders, and arms. In this class, you’ll engage in a range of exercises utilising free weights and resistance tools, designed to increase power and endurance. Our expert coaches will guide you through techniques that promote muscle growth and functional strength, ensuring a well-rounded upper body workout that fits all fitness levels.


LFT. FULL
Offers a comprehensive workout that engages every major muscle group, combining strength training with functional movements. (pronounced “sweat”) is our high-energy cardio class designed to get your heart pumping and boost your endurance. Featuring a blend of dynamic movements, high-intensity intervals , and functional exercises, this class promotes cardiovascular fitness and metabolic conditioning. Suitable for all fitness levels, SWT focuses on building stamina and burning calories while creating a fun, supportive atmosphere that keeps you motivated and engaged.
